Robert L. Stephenson appeals from the judgment of conviction of the District Court for the Southern District of New York, Stewart, Judge. Following a jury trial, Stephenson was found guilty of three counts, for extortion under the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951, bribery under 18 U.S.C. § 201(b)(2), and making false statements to government agents under 18 U.S.C. § 1001.
