This is an appeal by plaintiff Dorothy Drinkwater from the grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Union Carbide Corporation (UC), and its employees, Henry Kahwaty and H.V. Pratt, Jr., in a diversity case based on New Jersey law. Plaintiff charges gender-based employment discrimination and retaliatory discharge.
