This is an action for damages arising out of a vehicular accident which occurred on August 11, 1986, at approximately 8:55 a.m., on Canal Street near the intersection of South Carrollton Avenue, in the City of New Orleans. The district court awarded the plaintiff, Charlene Whatley, damages of $220,500 against the Regional Transit Authority. Both parties appeal complaining that the trial court erred in its findings on liability and quantum. We affirm...
