Thomson, Bohrer, Werth and Razook, a Florida general partnership, and the individual members of the said partnership have filed an otherwise timely petition for a writ of certiorari in this court seeking review of a non-final order denying their motion for arbitration in a pending circuit court action. We have no certiorari jurisdiction to entertain this petition because (a) the order under review is an appealable non-final order under Fla.R.App.P. 9.130...
