This interlocutory appeal arises from a lawsuit complaining that Texas discriminates against persons of Hispanic origin in higher education, in violation of the Texas Constitution. The trial court certified a class action in the suit for injunctive and declaratory relief, and made 47 "findings of fact and conclusions of law."
