Joseph L. and Carole Long (Long), appeal from the summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Fritzsche, J.) in the zoning enforcement action of the Town of Falmouth. Long also challenges the court's (Brennan, J.) imposition of a $3,000 fine for his zoning violation, its failure to provide Long with a jury trial, and its award of attorney fees to the Town.
