CYR, Circuit Judge.

Following a five-week jury trial, defendant Raul Enrique Penagaricano-Soler, founder and president of Caribbean Federal Savings Bank ("Bank"), was convicted of thirty-two felony offenses stemming from the Bank's failure to report currency transactions as required by law. We affirm the judgment of conviction, but remand to the district court for further sentencing proceedings.
