This is an appeal of a judgment in favor of the appellee, Allen Vostatek, who was injured as the result of the bus in which he was a passenger being struck by the trailer of an oncoming tractor-trailer rig. The truck, which belonged to appellant West Union, was being driven by appellant William C. White, II. The appellants conceded their liability and went to trial only on the damages issue.
