(Federated), who alleges that he suffered economic injury actionable under the antitrust laws when R.H. Macy & Co., Inc. (Macy's) and Campeau Corp. (Campeau) — two rival bidders for a controlling interest in the target company — entered into a mutually advantageous agreement...
