DODSON, Justice.
Appellant William Boetscher appeals from a denial of a petition for writ of habeas corpus in the 72nd District Court of Lubbock County, Texas. By three points of error appellant argues that the State of Texas does not have personal jurisdiction over appellant and he attacks the constitutionality of section 25.05(g)(2) of the Texas Penal Code on its face and as it applies to appellant.
