Donald J. McPherson was convicted by a jury of one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the first degree (sale of cocaine to a minor), an unclassified felony and four counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree (sale of marijuana to a minor). McPherson had two prior felony convictions and was therefore subject to sentencing as a third felony offender. Superior Court Judge Karl S. Johnstone...
