Dale Robinson was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a controlled substance, in violation of § 13A-12-212(a)(1), Code of Alabama 1975. The appellant entered a plea of guilty and the trial court sentenced him to six years' imprisonment in the state penitentiary, to run concurrently with his present sentence. The appellant was ordered to pay twenty-five dollars to the Victims Crime Assessment Fund...
