MINZNER, Judge.

Defendant appeals his convictions after a bench trial on eleven counts of burglary, one count of receiving stolen property, and one count of a felon in possession of a firearm. He also appeals the enhancement of his sentence under the Habitual Offender Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 31-18-17 to -20 (Repl.Pamp. 1987) and the amendment of his judgment and sentence to require that he pay restitution...
