PER CURIAM:

Upon its determination that respondent, an attorney, took funds of an estate without authority and so engaged in misappropriation, in violation of DR 9-103(A), the Board on Professional Responsibility (the Board) has recommended that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for six months. The Board set forth its findings, conclusions, and recommendation in a lucid and thorough report which we adopt and reproduce as an appendix hereto.
