WHITTINGTON, Justice.

A jury convicted Steven Lamont Gaines of aggravated robbery and assessed his punishment at sixty years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. The trial court revoked appellant's probation in a prior burglary of a vehicle case and assessed his punishment at four years' confinement.
