Plaintiff, Herbert Reese, appeals a judgment rendered pursuant to a jury verdict which dismissed his claims against defendants, James and Rose Griffith, d/b/a Mary Poppins Apartments, and their insurer, State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (State Farm).
