Appellants, the stepsons of the testatrix, Ruth L. Norman, appeal an order of the Circuit Court of St. Louis City construing the last will and testament of the testatrix. We dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.

The testatrix died January 22, 1987. In addition to the appellants, the testatrix' heirs consisted of two cousins who reside in West Germany. The cousins each benefitted from specific devises in the will. One of the cousins...
