The State appeals from an order dismissing the information charging appellee, Patricia Ann Hall, with two counts of criminally negligent homicide. The trial court found that the instant prosecution was barred by the statute of limitations. In its sole point of error, the State contends that the statute of limitations was tolled during the pendency of appellee's appeal of her convictions...
