Defendant appeals a jury verdict finding him guilty of three counts of theft: (1) theft by receiving, a third-degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-408 (Supp. 1989) and § 76-6-412(1)(b) (1978), on July 17, 1985, and (2) on July 30, 1985, and (3) theft by receiving, a class A misdemeanor, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-408 (Supp. 1989) and § 76-6-412(1)(c) (1978), on July 25, 1985.
