Seeking money damages (but not reinstatement), Awilda Morales, appellee before us, sued several federal functionaries in the district court.1 Her original salmagundi of claims was gradually winnowed as time went by and rulings intervened. We see no point in looking backward, but concentrate instead on what survives: Morales' claim that defendants, in their individual capacities...
