Plaintiff brought this action against Travelers Insurance Company (Travelers), Mackin and his employer, Bob Hart Insurance, Inc. (Hart), alleging claims for coverage by estoppel, negligence and reformation of the insurance policy. A jury found against defendants and awarded damages to plaintiff.
