This action is a suit in contract by an automobile dealership seeking recovery of storage fees for a customer's automobile. Suit was filed by Polk Chevrolet, Inc. (Polk) against Murlon Webb, the owner of the stored automobile. Webb filed a reconventional demand seeking recovery of damages from Polk for its failure to maintain and preserve the automobile.
