URBIGKIT, Chief Justice.

Warren W. Rathbun (Rathbun) appeals his conviction of sexual assault in the first degree.

We affirm.

I. ISSUE

Rathbun claims the trial evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction for first degree sexual assault.

II. BACKGROUND
