CIV.PRACT. & REM.CODE ch. 101, wherein Edna King, individually and on behalf of Cecil King, deceased, Rhonda King and Lisa King sought damages from the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation for injuries and damages occurring in a March 13, 1985 automobile accident.
