FACTS

This matter comes before the court upon the Government's motion to revoke the supervised release of Victor Medrano-Gonzalez. On September 19, 1989, Medrano, an alien who had been arrested and deported, and was thereafter found in the United States, was indicted for violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326. Violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a) is a Class E felony. On October 26, 1989, Medrano pleaded guilty...
