The defendant, David Hendricks, was arrested on December 5, 1983, based on an information filed by the McLean County State's Attorney, for the murders of defendant's wife, Susan Hendricks, and his three children, Rebekah, Grace and Benjamin Hendricks. The McLean County grand jury subsequently filed an eight-count indictment on December 22, 1983...
