OPINION

TSOUCALAS, Judge:

Plaintiff, N.A.R., S.p.A. ("NAR"), brings this action pursuant to section 516A(a)(2)(B)(iii) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. § 1516a(a)(2)(B)(iii) (1988), to contest the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review covering pressure sensitive plastic tape from Italy. The ITA determined therein that an antidumping margin of 6.39 percent existed on NAR's sales of the tape in the United States.
