Defendants James B. Frost and Charles L. Griffin appeal their convictions for conspiracy in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, bribery of a bank officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 215 and 2, and misapplication of bank funds in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 656 and 2. We conclude that the evidence supports the convictions of both defendants. The district court did not abuse its discretion and the conduct of the prosecutors did...
