The State of Texas takes an interlocutory appeal from a pretrial order suppressing certain evidence in the State's prosecution of Jose Freddie Saldivar for three offenses: conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and manufacture of a controlled substance.
