Defendant, Jackey Lee Bond, was convicted by a jury of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver more than 100 but less than 400 grams of a substance containing cocaine (Ill.Rev.Stat., 1988 Supp., ch. 56½, pars. 1401(b)(11), 1401.2(1)), a Class X felony, and was sentenced to 30 years' imprisonment, and fined $51,600.
