Appellant, Ann Bhuket, M.D., appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County, entered on August 28, 1989, in review of a Decision of the Missouri Administrative Hearing Commission (Missouri Commission).

The Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts (Missouri Board) filed a Complaint against Dr. Bhuket with the Missouri Commission on or about December 11, 1984. The Missouri Complaint alleged that disciplinary action...
