Appellant was indicted for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, cocaine, weighing at least 400 grams. Appellant waived a jury and the court found him guilty and assessed punishment at twenty-two years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a fine of $2,500.00.
