The Traffic Court Review Committee of this Court submitted proposed amendments to the Rules of Practice and Procedure For Traffic Courts in order to implement chapter 89-337, Laws of Florida, which calls for the creation of a pilot program of civil traffic infraction hearing officers or magistrates.
