This appeal arises from litigation involving a vehicular collision. Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Jones, filed suit against United Parcel Service, Inc., its insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and the driver of a UPS vehicle, Joan Daniels, for injuries allegedly sustained in the accident.
