Appellant, Western Sizzlin of Russellville, appeals a decision of the Board of Review holding that the claimant left her last work due to illness after making a reasonable effort to preserve her job rights.

The evidence showed that claimant, Nancy Myers, was frequently late to work, or absent from her work. On June 5, 1987, she was given a written warning which stated:

Late for work Fri. A.M.
