MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SIMPSON, District Judge.

Defendant moves for summary judgment on the grounds that plaintiffs complaint fails to state any claim of gender-based discrimination upon which relief can be granted. For the reasons set forth herein, the motion is GRANTED.
