Plaintiff, Lula Marie Brooks, filed a medical malpractice action against defendants Roseland Community Hospital, Dr. Myriam Leonardo-Wilson, and George Perez for injuries resulting from their medical treatment of her in June and July 1979. The court entered default judgments against Leonardo and Perez in the amount of $250,000, but granted summary judgment in favor of Roseland Hospital. The default judgments entered...
