This is a proceeding to declare heirship based on the Last Will and Testament of John Warford James being void under the TEX.PROB.CODE sec. 67(b). Trial was before the court on an agreed statement of facts and judgment was entered denying the application for Declaration of Heirship and upholding the Last Will and Testament of John Warford James.
