This auto accident case was brought by Leopoldo Garcia, plaintiff, against Willie Terry, defendant. Willie Terry's commercial truck collided with Leopoldo Garcia's automobile at an intersection in Falfurrias, Texas. The jury found that negligence of both parties proximately caused the collision.
