Plaintiffs in this case are a minor child, who is a student in the defendants' schools, and his mother. The defendants are the county school board and several of its employees. Plaintiffs allege that the defendants, their employees, or agents have permitted or engaged in conduct which violates plaintiffs' rights under the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment.
