The court convicted appellant of felony forgery by possession and assessed punishment, enhanced by two prior convictions, at forty years imprisonment. Appellant brings seven points of error alleging: (1) insufficient evidence to support the conviction; (2) appellant did not knowingly and intelligently waive his right to counsel; (3) appellant did not knowingly and intelligently invoke his right of self-representation; (4) the court...
