GARRISON, Judge.

Mary Marrow brought suit for damages against the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans (the Board) and the City of New Orleans (the City), for injuries suffered in a fall on Prytania Street in New Orleans. After a trial on the merits, the trial judge ruled in favor of the defendants, finding no liability on the part of the Board or the City. The plaintiff appeals.
