Elissa S. Carr appeals from a judgment entered in favor of appellee, Houston Business Forms, Inc. ("HBF"), awarding damages in the amount of $16,128.00 plus interest and attorney fees, and holding appellant and her ex-husband, Richard Carr, jointly and severally liable for this amount.
