A trespass to try title proceeding was conducted below. The Appellants, including one Odessa Loston, instituted the trespass to try title cause of action against Ollie S. Henderson, the Appellee here, and others, petitioning to obtain title including certain mineral rights in, to and under a 100 acre tract of land.
