This is an appeal by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection ("DEP") from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court permitting the trustee for Anthony Ferrante & Sons, Inc. ("Trustee"), to abandon a contaminated public water supply system. The bankruptcy court also denied DEP's petition to compel the Trustee to correct all deficiencies...
