BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Michael Simpson was convicted by a jury of one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, three counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Superior Court Judge Karl S. Johnstone sentenced Simpson to a presumptive term of eight years for first-degree sexual abuse of a minor. The judge imposed suspended sentences of two years for each of the three counts...
