On November 7, 1988, Conway Police Officer Ray Noblitt was shot and killed in the line of duty. The appellant was arrested for the crime and tried before a Faulkner County jury. The jury convicted him of capital murder and sentenced him to death by lethal injection. The appellant now seeks a reversal of his conviction.
