Plaintiff, Industrial Indemnity Company, filed this declaratory judgment action to determine the existence of coverage under a comprehensive business insurance policy that Industrial had issued to the owner of a limousine that collided with a pedestrian. The pertinent provisions of the policy are found within the "personal umbrella liability extension," which in essence provides coverage for the personal activities...
