The defendant, Duncan Boudreaux, was charged by bill of information with one count of molestation of a juvenile (La.R.S. 14:81.2) and one count of carnal knowledge of a juvenile (La.R.S. 14:80). In a separate bill of information previously filed, the defendant was charged with aggravated crime against nature (La.R.S. 14:89.1) involving the same victim.
