Defendant, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company, (St. Paul) appeals the trial court's granting of a motion for partial summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs, Edward W. Uhrich (the undercurator of Dr. Edward C. Uhrich) and Mrs. E.C. Uhrich on the issue of uninsured motorist (UM) coverage.
